17. Make an Offer Policy - 12-11-25

Mirame Boutique Room (“Mirame Boutique,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a limited-time “Make an Offer” option on select products as a courtesy to our customers. By submitting an offer through this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Limited-Time Program
     The “Make an Offer” feature is available at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

  2. Discount Code & Purchase Window
     If your offer is accepted, you will receive a unique discount code to complete your purchase at the agreed price.
     This discount code is valid for seven (7) days from the time of acceptance.
     The item will not be held or removed from available inventory during this period.
     If another customer purchases the item before you use your discount code, the sale will stand and the offer will be considered expired.

  3. Item Availability
     Submitting an offer does not reserve or hold an item.
     Items remain available for purchase at full price or to receive additional offers until checkout is completed and payment submitted.

  4. Offer Review Process
     All offers will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission. If multiple offers are submitted for the same item, we will accept the best/acceptable offers at our discretion, taking into consideration fairness, item value, and our business needs. Once accepted, you will be able to make the purchase, with the discount code given, at your earliest convenience. The item will go to the customer who submits the payment and completes checkout first.

  1. No Guarantee of Acceptance
     As a small business, each item has a minimum acceptable price.
     Not all offers will be accepted. Offers that do not meet our required minimum or fall below fair market value may be declined.

  2. Non-Combinable Discounts
     Accepted offers and the issued discount code cannot be combined with any other promotions, coupons, sales, discount codes, or sitewide deals.

  3. Final Pricing
     Once an offer is accepted, checkout must be completed using the provided discount code within the seven-day window.
     Failure to complete the purchase within this timeframe will result in cancellation of the offer.

  4. Right to Refuse Service
     We reserve the right to decline any offer, cancel an offer submission, or restrict use of the feature in cases of misuse, abusive behavior, or repeated non-completion of accepted offers.
