Mirame Boutique Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our goal is for you to love every item you purchase from Mirame Boutique. If you need to return something, please review the policy below.


Return Window

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Refunds or credits will not be issued until the item is returned and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (such as bodysuits, bralettes, or undergarments)

  • Accessories that are final sale (such as jewelry, hats, sunglasses, or similar items)


Return Shipping Costs

Like most online boutiques, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mirame Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
